One of our affirmations of the faith is the "Freedom of the beleiver". This means that we might not always agree on all points of theology. Instead of dividing, we seek to understand one another's views, allowing it to enrich us, challenge us, and ultimately help us grow deeper in what we believe and practice.
One thing we should always agree on is creating an atmosphere where people can feel safe to share their feelings and struggles without being alienated or judged.
Internal Group Dynamics:
Conflict is inevitable
-Early in the life of the group, prepare people for future conflict by letting them know it will happen
Matthew 18: This is the biblical process of dealing with conflict
a. Affirm the person before you confront them
b. Define the problem
c. Offer possible solutions
